Bring alumni in different industries so that current students can ask them questions, get advice, and network.
A lot of schools require community service but have very limited options. Having a community service club will allow the school to offer community service opportunities in that students may be more interested.
Having an adult that students can talk with confidentiality is important for the community’s overall well-being.
There are a lot of debate competitions, and if not, you can start one with schools close by. It is also a very good opportunity to work on your critical thinking and public speaking skills!
Environment and sustainability are very important. Having an environmental team will allow students to learn more about environmental issues, conservation, and how to reduce their carbon footprint. The team will keep track of recycling, electricity and water usage, and more.
Each faculty gets a group of students. Offer them academic support as well as emotional support.
There is a lot of competition that the high school robotics team could participate in, such as VEX and FIRST.
100% student ran newspaper that covers school news, sports, arts, features different community members, opinions, as well as local news. Students write and edit, take photos, make graphics, and do layout design for the newspaper.

There are a lot of science olympiads like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Make a team of students who are passionate about science and prepare together for the Olympiads!
Student tour guides. Having student tour guides bring prospective students and their families around campus and tell them about students’ experiences at your school.
Having a group of students that are passionate about photography take pictures for sports teams, student organizations, and events would be amazing.
Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations where high school students pretend as diplomats representing different countries, engaging in debates and discussions on global issues and working towards finding solutions through diplomacy and negotiation.
Mock trial is a simulation of a court trial where high school students act as attorneys and witnesses to argue a hypothetical case in front of a real judge. The mock trial aims to develop students' critical thinking, public speaking, and legal knowledge skills.
Peer tutoring in high schools is a form of academic support where a student is paired with another student who serves as a tutor to provide assistance with coursework, assignments, and studying. The subjects for tutoring might be science, math, language, and social science
Having an adobe subscription will allow students to deepen their passions as well as improve their work quality. Also, it will allow students to try new activities. This tool is especially helpful for your class projects and the school newspaper
